JOHN'S FORTHCOMING EVENTS

Hiya, how are you?

​

As you will be aware I have retired humpteen times (more than Frank Sinatra) and my concert at The Cube in Malvern (when Peter Gill and Jimmy Lee did a tribute to my all time favourite Jerry Lee Lewis) on Jerry Lee's birthdate - 29th September - was planned to be my last Rock 'n' Roll concert ever!

 

However, the two concerts I ran there this year went down so well with The Cube management that they talked me into doing just one more year

 

So, having been persuaded by them - that's my excuse, and I am sticking to it - I thought if The Searchers can do it (their 2023 Farewell Thank You Tour became their 2024 Farewell Thank You Tour - and included my pal Spencer James, of course), why can't I?

So, I came up with what I am called The Four Seasons of Rock 'n' Roll at The Cube as my way of bringing the curtain down, once and for all, on my entrepreneurial career

So I compiled especially for you the 2024 complete list which, god willing, will see me finally hang up my boots (yes, I know you have heard it all, many times, before)

​

​

I do, of course, always mean it and - this time the last one will have been the last one.  It was just that people kept saying "...John, you can't retire, you have got to keep going" - and I was easily persuaded!

​

No more persuasion will succeed any more - unfortunately!

​

I don't really want to call it a day to be honest, but for a variety of reasons - for instance we trying to sell tickets to an ever-dwindling audience (for obvious reasons).

​

So the concert listed below is definitely the last one ever

Yes, Saturday November 30th really is the last one ever, with Peter Gill and Jimmy Lee bringing the curtain down with a repeat performance of their brilliant 2023 tribute to my all time favourite Jerry Lee Lewis
